Hi there, I haven’t posted on here in a while but have a question that I’m hoping the retrobike hive mind can help with.
I’ve got some wheels I bought from someone on here a few years ago and the rear freehub has seen better days / it’s got side to side play in the end of it.
Wheels are Mavic D521 rims with Sachs hubs. Not sure what model they are - perhaps a Quartz from 1997 looking at the archive catalogue (disc version).
Are there any makes of freehub that would be compatible with this kind of hub - presuming replacement Sachs ones are no longer available? Or, is there any way of replacing the bearing?
