not going to bother in the end seems a tad on the dodgy side and frankly the condition and rest of the kit is vague (at best) - i was only interested in the cranks.

Oooh, that frame's right up my street - the bike would look great if sorted out. It's just down the road too. Pretty tempted to pop in and have a look at it for giggles, but I wouldn't want to park my bike whilst I went in...

That's a funny one.

He's also got a very nice Bates track bike for sale and recently sold an equally tasty 1950s Freddie Grubb. Most of his previous activity has been in BMX and drums.

Selling his dad's bike collection, maybe?
