Ebay NW chainrings

I am thinking about a 1x9 try out on my Giant NRS. Has anyone tried the cheapy NW chainrings off ebay. The £12-13 sort....not for a high miler bike.

I bought a Snail one off eBay seemed well made and worked fine while I had it went back to 3x9 as found it too limiting.
