Good ole Roger Charley from the Budget Bicycle Center in Madison,WI. Still has a NOS GT tandem from 1991 or 2 hanging from the ceiling. Has a great used bike store down the street from his main storm, NOS 93 Breezer Storm hanging from the ceiling with some NOS chrome Ross's from the 86-87 era and a ton of other golden oldies. All priced just like this saddle.

He's not on Madison Avenue.....it's in Madison, WI. That vintage part of his website doesn't begin to scratch what they have.

I imagine any long time bike shop owner who kept a lot of overhead/old stock would be doing very well in today's modern vrc market
