It looks exactly like what was here carried as 'Jan Janssen' aero. I had one. It was made with Tange tubing and quite light. Due to a design flaw (absence of inner gussets?) I were able to easily bend the fork blades toward eachother. I don't know how it would behave on cobble roads, but that is probably also not where it is designed for.
