as Dr S put it - "Wow. Thats the first time I've seen a Phil hub break" Might explain the noises last night though that I thought were chain links slipping over teeth.

Well I simply asked if they have replacement parts. I'll see what they say and then do the moral outrage and disappointment bit. They do lifetime warrantees but only on production of original receipt

I have to say I am more and more gutted as it sinks in.
