I am going to appologise right now for tomorrow, I have just spent the last 3 hours trying to get my seat post out of my Rocky Mountian frame after an hour of battle I had to make the ultimate sacrifice, I have stripped the rocky down and I have just finished rebuilding the GT from cables to chain to setting up the rear mech to swapping the shifter and brake lever, :? see you all in the morning.....

The bike is all ready to go but I still havent shaken my ear infection ( yuk )
I could ride on painkillers but I think it would probably be a stupid idea
would love to catch up with you for some beers though just let me know where and when
