ride then eat would be the order of the day. No obligation to ride of course but I would be up for it. I would recommend an an early start for a ride if at all possible ?straight from work 5.30ish. Not sure how practical that would be for regulars?

I'd be up for this, I'll have finished work properly by then so could do an early ride if folk fancy it but am fine with just the eating otherwise.
