Early Ti Hubs... not sure what make though..?

Would anyone know what hubs these are? They seem similar in design to early hope hubs with Aluminium flanges and Ti centre body, no logos though so I not sure what they are. The flanges are anodised a pale grey, bearings are sealed cartridge and the cassette body is steel.

Any guesses are most welcome 🙂

Shimano cassette and UG compatible, doesn't have the 8 speed XTR protection ring (though you could measure the length to check as it looks like it may have a place there for it.) so locks you into 7 speed if MTB probably 1992 or earlier.
rough made as the spoke holes are not chamfered..
