Hi all, just a shot in the dark really but does anyone have, or know of, an original Stumpjumper or 2006 re-issue for sale?
I’ve seen the re-issue on eBay (been there ages) for £2000 with the Campagnolo bits on it but it’s in Scotland and expensive/not original.
Like I say - just on the off chance but I’d like to hear about anything that’s around.
Thanks.

If you want early and 100% original I have this I might be tempted to part with.

That’s stunning, lovely condition and cool backstory too. What size frame is it? Any idea how much you’d be looking for?
Thanks for your reply. 👍

I think, but would need to check, that it's a 17". They did an even smaller version wirh 24" wheels but it's not that one. This is the 26" wheel version. If you think it may be the sort of size you want then let me know and I will double check and we can have a chat around price.

To add to the back story I emailed Brands the supplying dealer in the US with some photos and said you might like this bike you sold back in the day. The lady who replied said she remembered them as that was the year she had starting working there.

Nice one, thanks for that - I think at 5’10” this one would be too small for me, nice to know that they are out there though!
Hope you didn’t mind me asking about price too, I’m just trying to gauge what sort of money a nice example would priced at. You don’t see them advertised that often so it’s hard to know.
A re-issue would be ideal I think as they only came in one size - 19”. I reckon a proper 80’s one would need to be 20-22” to suit me.
Cheers again for your input, I’ll keep looking!
