I thinlk the colours would vary according to the frame colour, but that graphic itself was not used on 87 trekkers, or 88's. Its unique to 89/90 trekkers.

Mine (that I building next) is a black frame (same as gravy monsters) so the wording will be in white.

Once the artwork is done its easy to swap colours.

Have you got a close up picture of your decals so I can see the colours? It might be that yours are the same as for my black framed one, in which case they will be the same for lrh's bike as well.

These were the closest colours I could get to my trekker UU I had a few years ago, a black one, I had done this decal sheet using MS publisher as I was going to refurbish this one and a spare frame I had at the time - but never got any further

2nd was bought as a frame and painted pea green - sold it and its on this thread somewhere
3rd is the black one - sold to fund a trimble project

Very nice bikes indeed

89 Tufftrax?

Thought I'd share this. It's what I think is an 1989 Tufftrax, different decals form others I've seen, but frame colour and design seems the same, tange DB chromo etc.

I got it from my LBS and they told me it was built up around 15 or so years ago and never sold, slowly the parts went and all that was left was the frame and forks (which dont seem to be original).

The frame is in top condition, never riden. Just trying to decide what to do with it, maybe swap out the parts from my single speed Sahara. It's almost too nice to ride though!

This is my 1990 Tufftrax i finished a while ago and never got around to sharing it with you guys.

I did actually own a 1989 model from new but was stolen two years later so when i saw this for sale snapped it up.Even took it to Mountain Mayhem this year but never raced it.
