No way - look at how the top tube and down tube join the head tube. It looks like every other 19" Klein I've seen.

Adept is not like every other Klein.
As I've owned one, I know what I'm talking about.
19" has a sloping toptube with 564mm length whereas the 21" size's toptube is level.
