Hey guys, I think (hope lol) I’ve bought myself another early u-brake zaskar but I’m having no luck with the frame number. It has the flat end cap and the frame number in the left inner dropout but that’s it. No 6061 or 7075 stamp and there’s nothing on the bottom of the bb either.

The frame number is H7L00835

I’m stripping the paint off as it’s bad in a few areas and I’ll polish it or paint it depending on what colour scheme I go for lol

Thanks in advance

As above, it's probably a Pantera based on the frame number. As far as I know, all Zaskars (I've own one 1991) have an eight digit, numerals-only, frame number.

I think that is a 1 not a 7
Which would make the year and serial format correct too (for a Pantera / Pantera AL)

EDIT
Quick search and this is/was @jimbo-xc Serial H1L 00988
