Earliest aero levers?

Memory may be betraying me (again) but I seem to remember Dia Compe aero levers in about 1984 - does that sound right?

I had the Dia Compe levers fitted to my first TT bike in late 84 then transferred them to my Raleigh in 86 and still use today !

can yomeone point out what were the first return-spring aero levers by dia compe?
On the suntour side as i understand it were the superbe pro levers for the first time correct?
