I really don't know where to start looking, otherwise I wouldn't be asking. If I see a question pop up that seems to have an obvious answer, I still take the time to give a reply to it. But my time isn't anyone else's time, so I understand easily if other people aren't so keen in responding to these "duh!" sort of questions.

So I would appreciate if you have any hint or a suggestion to begin searching. If not, no problem, thank you!
