A few fellas above are right on the money. Without a doubt it's a 17" Rocky Mountain Cirrus which has been repainted.

i didn't remember Zinn making an e-stay frame but the forward facing seat clamp and wishbone stays mislead me

detail behind the seattube means its a cirrus not experience
