Dynatech 500 seat post size ?

I have had a trawl around the usual sites and it seems that the dynatech 500 seat post size was 27.2mm.

Is this the correct size before I start to look out for one, I've bought a LaPrade from Cippolini but I'm keeping tht for my Bob Jackson.

the 2 Dynatechs that I've had took 27.2. One is a low profile and the other was a Castorama replica

This Raleigh Dynatech road frame is from the first year of DynaTech frame production. This frame was the second in line – built from high strength Reynolds tubing (equivalent to 653) bonded into aluminium lugs. The frame is in very sound condition with very good to excellent paint.
