Dura Ace brake spares anyone?

Hi

I desperately need to find a small part for a Dura Ace 7403 brake.

Its called the 'adjusting nut bushing' on Shimano's parts diagram and is the litttle hard plastic/rubber bush that sits in the brake arm, that the screw adjuster fits into.

I need this to complete a build. Anyone know where I might fine one?
