You can print in flexible materials now.
My printer won't, limited to ABS/PLA and a couple of others. (only costs 200 quid for the printer)

Neighbours printer will do it.

As above, biggest job is getting it drawn up in CAD, printing should only take a couple of hours

Epoxy casting an original would probably be easier. High grade two piece mold. Once mold is cured there are many choices of rubbery mixes that could be pored in mold. Not exactly a cheap option, but a good one.

I hope you were asking about the rubber part of thumb shifters

Hi, I could do it (dental technician) with a scanner and print. it's probably not going to turn out in a properly designed cad format.
