Topanga!s everywhere. Here are my two VVA Topanga! Bikes pictured together. The last known photo of multiple Topanga!s on the trail is a photo of Victor Vincente and a father and son out riding together over 40 years ago.
The black bike is SN038, the last documented frame we have been able to find. The camo bike is SN 030, a model 3300 which had a 24” front wheel. Up until this surfaced earlier this year, Victor was sure he only made one that he owned and used as a race bike. He was stunned to see another surface although he did advertise them as available for build. Todd DeAngelis has actually ridden both Victor‘s 3300 and this one (when the original owner had it).
Reportedly the first production MTB (Victor called them Mudduster’s) To be produced in So. California. A real rarity and a blast to ride!
