This is a long shot, but just in case anyone is interested...
I know this is the exact length required if you are building a wheelset with Stans ZTR Crest mk3 or mk4 rims and Sram 900 hubs in 28 hole, 3-cross lacing pattern configuration.
This will build up a really light 24" wheelset as these have 1.8mm ends not the usual 2.0mm ones.
They don't make them anymore!
