On the road, an early night with an oaty breakfast, some energy bars and a few beers afterwards.

Off road Much less fussy. A chong before a solo night ride in the woods is great. Hightened senses buzzing as owls hoot and strange noises come from darkness all around.

Emulated E.T. cycling a couple of miles down to the beach, whereupon the seashells called my name and the sand dunes turned to the desert and a house on the hill became the Disney Castle, and on a lighter note later that event a flaming shadow ran past us and turned towards us with eyes full of blood.

The smoke out at the top of the Mountain was good BITD and is still good today!

Half a pack of B&H before a "training" ride has the same effect as training at high altitude!

All used during long road rides. Post ride anythings goes..
