Anyone got a KS Exa? Sounds like they're pretty heavy, comparatively speaking, but they come in 27.2 and are cheap as chips. ~65€ with shipping if you go for the underseat lever version.

Also, the headache I'm getting is the seat post length.
I'll want one that I can use on my FSR full suss, but seat post length may be an issue - too long and it will foul the rear shock.

Also, internal cable routing - as these droppers are all very modern, my frames have no idea what internal cables are, so are most of the droppers out there available in external cable options as well??

What's old is now new. Remote, thumbshifter operated dropper post circa 1990:

Not as smooth as these modern ones, especially in the mud, but still a great idea well executed at the time!
