I don't agree with the bit about feedback. People should give an honest account of dealing with the seller. If the guy is selling knock off sub standard kit and then gets shirty when you ask about its quality, and a refund, then others should know.
I would return, get a full refund and then leave diplomatic but clear feedback. If he's an arse to deal with then let people know.
I also agree, if he's getting refund scammers then there is something wrong with either what he's selling or the way he's selling it.
