Started on the falcon and raided the many boxes of sh*te. The Frame is straight, no dents, headset, bottom bracket all good. Managed to get the chainset off. The plastic cap had been butchered on the nds crank. I managed to pick out enough out to get a socket on. Both cranks show signs of hammering which I'll do my best to dress out.
Sadly the wheels are monumentally knackered.
Here's the high quality no expense spared parts.
All the parts have been either donated to me or removed from terminal cases.

Been working, slowly on this. A surprising amount of work to get this far. Down tube decals on order, rust to treat and paint touch up. The satin paint finish is no more and has been hard work.

Thanks mate, working through some of the other bits. Have a set of 700x35 to go in with pretty good steel rims. The rear needs truing.

Progress so far. Waiting for cables, tape and decals. Needs polishing and de finger printing. The black plastic pedals are silky smooth and are more attractive to the casual cyclist. ALPS Japanese handlebars
The FE Shimano front mech looks badgers arse rough but has a good strong spring, tight pivots and minimal cage wear.
