I am after £650.00 posted and paypalled including 105 headset, fork. Not after swaps :(

Selling because the frame is too small for me. Ideal for a 5'8" person I guess.

Touched up in a few places but has original paint and in pretty decent condition for its era.

Collection or viewing more than welcome in Warwick.

what does it come in at weight wise ?

just been on there site and left an email concerning weight and materials so waiting for a reply but be interesting to compare

is it all 853 or is there a mix of different steels used ?

what year is it ?

cheers

I unfortunatley dont have a scale.

However you are correct - it is a mix of tubes - some even 'road' tubes.

Its a lovely riding frame - the reviews at the time described it as quite harsh but I never found it that way. More forgiving than the alloy equivalents so I didnt mind.

Just wish it was a bigger version...

the dogs

certainly no Reynolds 853 used....., here is the correct spec"s for the tubing on this frame, for the 1993 model year............and all credit to jez, it truly is the B.o.l.o.x........hope this helps......and free bump.....!!!!!!!!!!!!

Frame specs for 1993 vintage---

Ultra stiff Columbus Max main frame.
Composite rear stays--
---Extra stiff 4130 horseshoe to minimize brake flex
---Silver soldered Reynolds 753 stays
---Columbus SL monostay
---Massive clearances to eliminate mud build up.
---White powdercoat base, finished in D.O.G.S.B.O.L.X team colours.

As ridden by Dave Hemmings......nuff said.

i think someone has posted the wrong thread or got their wires crossed ,the 'gods bollx' was made by chaz roberts not dave lloyd and the former is made largely but not solely of 853 tubing ,the others being Dedacciai and Foco mix .

still ,a weight for this frame could sway a decision !
