Does this look weird?

Short answer, yes.

Not sure how practical tri-bars are offroad. I mean, it's one way of getting the weight right over the front tyre for grip I suppose...

Well I don’t really take it off-roading, just a bit in the countryside. But I just ride it on the road, so I find it comfortable. Also I think it’s a nice twist on it.

I like it. Anything for comfort. I used to run extra long stems, narrow bars about the length of my nethers, and the truth is that nothing beats comfort. It looks weird, but you're a weird fella alright. Can I see it from the side?

The tri bars I’m not worried about, just the grips. I’ve been looking around for some yellow grips for some time and I might go onza porc chops? I’ve got some that I’ve got a deal on maybe. With some lx chrome shifters.

Think the grips look fine, they're just grips. The age of being a tart is over, I vow to only put MX grips on my bicycles now because they're cheap and I can make loud roaring engine noises while cycling.

Personally I could never get along with those types of grips, YETI/Oury/Onza that style with rubber cutouts. The ONZA yellow grips are bright yellow though aren't they? Might not fit so well with the decals (feck I'm a bike tart)
