Do jockey(pulley) wheels wear out

Replace them both, they're not expensive. I've always cleaned and used some moly grease on the bushings when doing my yearly overhaul.
 
That's not the reason for the ceramic bushing.

Either way, replacing them both isn't a big deal, just make sure the 'Centurion' floating pulley goes where it should. :D

Agree :D except i bought 3 Vintage Suntour pulleys :oops: Still i hope they wont need replacing for a long time
