Yes, should be fine! It's just finding the time. My lefty might be beyond repair judging by how rough it is!

That's like the Lefty I got recently off eBay. It's different to my other Lefty which is a 100 DLR Titanium.
The lockout and rebound lever/adjuster are just a push fit in top of leg unlike the 100 DLR Titanium which has a screw on cap which holds the plastic part of adjuster in.
I have the correct castle tool for the 100 DLR Titanium but it is no good for the other Lefty.
Tried making a similar tool to one in this thread from steel tube the correct diameter but the wall thickness was too thin and when I tried to undo the cartridge the prongs on tool bent.
Will have another go with thicker wall tube.

Right then.......so it aint that pretty and its not that well made........but it works!!! Headshock now in bits and ready for new elastomers

I am well pleased ......total cost £4.95!

The “teeth” look “square”, and by that I mean about the same external width as the material thickness. I’m about to make my own, do you have a pattern?

Hello mate..yeah they were pretty square. If I can find it I’ll measure it for you. Not had a head shock Cannondale for a few years
