Nope, they're button head, they'll round out too easily. Post a pic of both adaptors that you're using and we can pretty much tell you what length you need. Alternatively, a decent LBS should have a load of spare bolts and be able to sort you out.

I tried a M6 20mm in my forks for mount to fork, I think that'll work for that, it's just bolts for caliper to the mount I need, I hope you understand what I'm on about?! Haha
