Direct mount / band-on conversion

I have Euclid triple front mechs in both regular clamp on, and braze-on fittings.

However, I need one in direct mount / band-on fitting...

I know Campagnolo did kits where you could change the body/mount from clamp on to braze-on, but did they ever do such a thing for band-on conversions?

Failing that, does anyone know if they did any triples around 88-90-ish which were 'natively' direct mount / band-on fit?

I don't need the band, just the mount on the body - otherwise I'll have to make something but checking all avenues first...
