Actually I think it's a 0 - so the cranks would be 0A with a H above and the front derailleur has a 0C stamped on it

No, that’s a Q, stands for 1992. A for January. C for March…
That of course doesn’t mean these parts couldn’t have found themselves on a late 92 bike. Especially as they hadn’t sold well (the pearlescent version)
