Now they are a shadow of their former selves. Those frames are better than any modern alloy Stumpjumper or Giant IMHO. Steel for the win. Such a shame what Diamondback has become. Churning out cheap BSOs from the Chinese make-line :facepalm:.

I reduced my picture form 1,1 mb to 627 kib, i can´t get it lower.

hi all,

brought this the other week reasonably tidy going to be using it for bumbling to work, got some skinnier tyres on order etc.
reasonable condition needs new front chainwheel as it looks a little chewed (rear isnt)
believe its a 96/97? brought it as it was local and pretty light (possibly paid a little too much but frame looks cool)

Here's mine, 1994 Diamondback Axis.
Owned from new, many parts replaced as they wore out over the years, I've covered many miles on this.
Looks better without the rear Crud Catcher, but I'd probably been out in the mud.
