Diamondback Axis 1989 Decal

Good Evening
does anyone have, or have the means of making transfers/decals for a 89 Diamondback Axis?
my bike was (stupidly)powder coated years ago but is due to be heading to Vernon Barker to be painted/repaired and i would like to get it looking good again. (any idea how the paint finish was done on these? an attractive marbled effect? )
hoping some one can help

i can't believe how lucky you were with that bike, mine was run into the ground hence the powder coat. Lovely riding bike, currently running around in the mud with drop bars and Schwalbe CX pro 1.25"......
