Deer Head question, ideas and help needed!?

Shimano SM M700 aka Deer Head. Sold to me very cheaply as stem mounted shifters. I'm fairly certain this is two shifters clamped together tho! Question is: How can I use these as bar shifters? What can I use to facilitate the bottom part?? Maybe someone has the bottom of the clamp knocking around....Thanks!!

You just need some 22.2mm clamps and match the holes to the original top halves

This is a really good shout! I tried the ones from my hope minis today and the holes don't line up, I was hoping that there might be a bit of wiggle room but there's no way. Motorcycle parts are a bit bigger so more likely.

Yes you have two separate bar mounted shifters bolted together. Correct parts are two clamps machined to fit nut, hex bolt is shorter as well

Motorcycle handlebars are the same 7/8" 22.2mm diameter as MTB so should fit with a bit of manual hole ovalization?
