Decent vintage road bike for riding around London

I just use road bikes to commute 5-10 miles a day, need nothing expensive and nothing that will get stolen. Don't care too much about how it looks, as long as it is all working. Prefer something sti shifters but really would consider downtube shifters

My last road bike was 21" frame,
