decent 110bcd chainring teeth in the 30 for single speed use

30t is not possible on a 110bcd. 34 is the smallest (and PMP made a 33 if you want to get as low T as possible)

I have a 39 in the shed. You'll need something like a 14 on the back for fixed, 15 or 16 for singlespeed.
