Dean Titanium [almost finished 08-29]

Thanks guys I'm pretty pleased myself :)
The Sachs I bought as a set, both mechs and shifters.
The front shifter has a replaceable mount, that uses just one bolt to close the mount and attach to the mech, pretty cool design.

Got any close ups of the front mech and what saddle is that?

Re:

Here you go, the saddle is a Selle Italia with Koga Miyata logo.
It will be replaced by a Ti Flite.

Re:

Looking really good. I also think it would look bad ass with the manitou and all black XT. I love that black XT group. It was the epitome of mountain biking technology in 1991.

I think so to, but after colecting the parts I changed my mind and wanted this build with parts that I never had on a bike before, and the XT with Manitou I allready had.
When I get the other rims, a Sachs chain and cassette, a Ti BB I accomplished that goal.
Oh wait... I need another saddle then... :)
A Ritchey, WTB or Titec would be nice.

That mech looks amazing - how does it join up? Does it come in those two parts?

A nice saddle would be a WTB SST 98 type

What do you mean? It joins like in the first pic, with one bolt.

I meant the clamp - it seems separate from the main body - does it mean the clamp sizes can be changed keeping the same mech ?

Yes it does, pretty clever design.
But it means you have to find a mount that fits and they are rare.
I was lucky the one I bought was the right size
