Hi, I would like to ask for some advice. I'd like to sell this circa 95 De Rosa titanum frame. It rides beautifully, but I'm mostly riding my Serotta and my Pegoretti steel bikes, so I can't justify keeping it. It has seen little use, but the clear coat De Rosa used to apply to their ti frames (unexplainable) has developed a yellowish hue and is chipping off. Do you think a collector would prefer it as it is, or should I strip it bare? I'll attach some areas where the clear coat is chipping off, but it's happening throughout the frame
