DBS Intruder Prestige Ultralite

Retro Newbie
Hi - long time lurker, first time poster.
Today I'm going to pick up a DBS (Norwegian bike brand that used to make their own frames nearby Stavanger in southwestern Norway).

The model name is Intruder "Prestige Ultralite". From what I can tell in the 3 photos I have, there are Ritchey Logic stickers on the seat tube - which to me indicates that this is a Ritchey Logic Prestige variation, probably a light and quite high-end frame?

Does anyone have any info or input on how old this is, and if the frame is as good as I think?
What confuses me is that the bike has gripshift shifters, so probably deore or similar - not XT equipped. Seems odd if the frame is as good as I think.
Will post more photos when I have the bike in hand!

Seems like Ritchey frames and Tange tubes are used on many bikes, so not that unique. Follow this thread:

I have a collection of DBS Intruders, but has not seen this specific version before, but here is some general info.
From my knowledge DBS started to weld their own aluminum frames from 1993. From 1994, they used Shimano and started to use STX, LX, XT etc. in the model naming. They also had steel frames welded using Tange tubes such as the one described below.
