Halfords always have bike boxes, but you got to pick the right day! Unboxing done at the end of the week ready for he weekend and cardboard taken Saturday morning at my local, so you have to get in there friday or saturday early.

Arrange courier through paisley freight, they send APC to collect. If no printer just write the address on the box in marker and they will print a label at the depot.

I've managed to get 4 boxes of sufficient size by coincidentally going on Saturday morning. The staples have been removed, but still intact albeit in a more compact form.
