I know it's nothing special - I'm mainly posting because I know you guys will talk me out of it...
...The thing is it's local(ish), cheap(ish), needs a bit of love... so ticks three important boxes. Add to that my ongoing hunt for a half-decent retro hybrid and it becomes quite appealing. Oh, and I have a bit of a thing for low-end Daweses.
What do we know about these? Were the frames built in birmingham? It has a union jack on it! And from what, I wonder? Looks like it says AM-1C tubing? Who knows what that is?
