Dawes Mirage

Hi. Can anyone please help me date my Dawes Mirage?
Numbers are stamped on the bottom bracket AH3746
I have added a couple of pics for reference.

Without the using the number I'd say it's 77 /78
The earlier version had , I think , a Sugino chainset and centrepull brakes . It's in the 76 catalog like that .
Unfortunately Dawes heritage don't have the 77 catalog but in the 78 the spec is the same as yours .
Lovely bicycles , very direct and nippy .

I haven’t ridden it yet. Going to strip it down and clean and grease everything. But first impressions are good. It’s incredibly lightweight. I love the colour scheme too!

The little touches like the fork crown make it appear far more "up market" than it's mass produced origins .
