Dawes kickback magnum

Just picked up another bike to restore, it’s a Dawes Kickback Magnum with a REYNOLDS 501 Magnum lugged frame, cost me all of 10 quid.

Any idea of when this was made?

Mostly Exage 300 LX, with some Deore DX, and biopace chainring.

The frame looks very nice quality craftsmanship.

1992 or 1993 most likely '92.

Strip down rebuild, everything cleaned, fixed the gears, new cables, trued the wheels and changed the tyres as they were cracked.

Finally sanded down and two coats of white primer followed by two coats of golden yellow from Halfords.

Now it’s like a new bike once again and with its Reynolds 501 Magnum frame it’s also a great ride! enjoy.
