Dawes Fat Chance - what's it worth ?

I have a Dawes Fat Chance that I'm thinking of selling - but I've not seen any previously sold - so have no idea of value. I bought it new back in the mid 80's. Considering its age, it's in great condition - still very rideable. I'm thinking of just sticking a £100 tag on it - but due to vintage of the bike, I'm thinking it might be worth more.
Anyone seen another of these for sale - could it be worth more ?

Rare and valuable are seperate unfortunately and its not a brand that pulls people in like others.

Id say 70-100.
