I'm often surprised by ebay, things suddenly sell after being on there a few weeks.

I wondered about just putting them up auction from 99p but as a business that's a little foolish - I don't need to sell them in a hurry, and of course with 14% ebay and 20%vat, the price needs to be a little strong to cover those charges.

Additionally selling at a low price can encourage a race to the bottom, always an ugly scenario in a trade.

What are they worth? 25 pair? I know some nice 26s are very desirable now though

I’ve found the same on eBay. Sometimes a few months after having dropped up to 50% off offers to watchers something sells for the full listing price. I’ve done something similar with a Trek 8500 I had - I bet my friend I could almost pay for a brand new bike by parting that one out. I’m about 1/2 way there after 6 months of interest free so
breaking even!
