Dave Yates Vulcan---Built.

Re:

Thank you chaps.

A little update, and a big thank you for the recommend and to Dan for all the effort making a rather nice one piece bar and stem combo for the Vulcan.

Amazing stuff Carl. Looks really nice.

Do you think he would make a stem for my DB?

Re:

I would think so, certainly worth the time and effort in my honest opinion.

And it is really nice to be able to have something different to previous builds too..

Re:

Are you just using a standard true temper bar? Have you decided on a finish?

Could you PM me his details?

Re:

True Temper is the way to go, luckily I had one.

Given the Candy colours of the frame, I decided on simple black with an integral cable noodle. And as it is a bike for the wife, a 12" rise.

Highly recommended.

Re: Dave Yates Vulcan.

Forgot about this and had another look at the first page.

I've arrived all over again.

Re:

Another a thank you to Chris and Gil for the help with restoring the seat post choice for the build.

Before and after American Classic seatpost.
