Dave Yates Reynolds fillet brazed 853 frame. XTR 950 MTB

Iā€™ve done the same for a long time though probably across a wider age/type and at a lower end of the quality scale to @d8mok
Buy well and you end up with the stuff you wanted and sell off the stuff you donā€™t to offset the cost of what youā€™ve kept. Excluding a couple of ā€œbirthday presentsā€ Iā€™m cost neutral. You do end up with some piles of stuff that no one wants and Iā€™d feel bad about chucking away - manky seat posts/stems, toeclips and straps, light brackets, low end brakes/gears etc. To me thatā€™s part of the hobby. Some folk end up with really high end stuff without really throwing lots of cash at it.
Iā€™m not Granniegear either!

Yep Iā€™m also cost neutral on everything I own. I have a bike account and when itā€™s empty itā€™s empty until I sell a a few bits. I do sometimes splurge on an item I need but again comes from that pot of cash.

Yes it would be split for sure.

Drop me a pm with what youā€™d be happy to pay for the frame.

If I can make it cover the costs and let me keep the cranks it might be worth it
Just heard back from the seller and it has a 22ā€ TT c-c, so Iā€™m out sadly
