I know what you mean! Can be tidied up quite easily:
Fork colour clashes with the frame, but I'd swap it to fully rigid
New stem and grips
Change saddle
Change bottle cage
tidy up cable runs
Single headset spacer
remove bar ends
Swap to tanwall tyres

Hmmm... that in itself is quite a pricey list! :oops: This is why frame only suits a lot of us because fully built bikes are always such a personal thing unless catalogue spec...
100% the stem and forks would be long gone, maybe swap the forks for some Pace ones
 
I can see it with gun metal P2's and Syncros DH stem to bring out the stays and group, XTR outer cabling to add to that, finished with black flite and sane grips.
