Decisive as ever. Pace RC30s won’t work as the frame is suspension corrected.
Mag 21’s it is. A pair has been sourced, when they arrive I can head to the painters. Still got to decide on a colour.

RC30's come in different a-c lengths.

Looking forward to seeing this back from paint

They certainly do, but the 3rd Generation RC30's a around 3 years later than this frame i think, im trying to keep it roughly period correct.
And my other bikes are rigid, my middle age back and arms might thank me for a bit of bounce :D

Progress report:
The frame is at Argos, being readied for painting. The fork legs, fork brace and original Dave Yates decals have been sent down to reach them this week. Im told by Argos, that they're hoping to do the first blast of the frame this week to check for any hidden damage. Can't wait to see pictures.

Bits sourced so far (some are here and some are on their way)
Middleburn RS1 crankset with pace rings and all titanium bolts
Flite titanium saddle
Renthal RC Sub 130 handlebars in silver
Odi Attack grips.
XTR M900 headset NOS
XTR M900/Mavic 2017 SUP Blue Label rims NOS
XTR M900 rear derailleur
Ritchey Megabite ZMax tyres.

This is all starting to come together nicely. And you might be starting to get an idea of the build too. Pictures to follow when a few more of the above bits arrive here.

That spec would have outclassed the Delboy wallpaper paint job.!

Just received a couple of pictures from Argos of the stripped frame. Lovely fillets.

I've got most of the bits now, ready for the build. Just need a bottom bracket and a stem.
Otherwise it's looking like it'll be a lovely build. I've got the wheels and tyres sorted too, just not in this picture.
